There was breakfast missing, I was a little disappointed.

The location is superb, just a short walk to major attractions. Staff were friendly. It exceeded my expectations for a quick stop, especially compared to my last stay in london that was a letdown.

Every staff member was very-very nice and excellent.

I stayed for a night and the comfy bed was a pleasant surprise! The clean bathroom was well done, and there were no issues with noise during the night. I'd definitely stay here again!

I loved the quirky vibe of my single room with an ensuite, it was like having my own little cozy nook in the city! The location was just perfect-everything from the British Museum to Soho was a short stroll away. Plus, the staff...

The linen was clean.

The cleanliness of the bathroom facilities was poor. It was in a poor state of repair in that the tv didn't work, the clothes rail was falling to bits. The peg in the shower room had fallen to the floor and was just left there. There was rubbish on the stairs for the duration of our stay which was not moved.

I found the hotel's retro style charming, with tidy rooms and easy access for seniors. The staff were helpful and accommodating.

Improve room amenities like tea and coffee facilities.

Liked every detail about my fine 1 night stay here. The best thing was how affable the staff were. It was in a very central setting in the heart of London.

Unfortunately, there was no elevator.

Amazing place with 24-hour reception, express check-in/out, and tv. The staff even helped me find my forgotten earphones during my first stay. Definitely coming back for a holiday!
